Open Museum of Urban Art

More than 50 graffiteiros were asked to paint the 33 columns of the Southern Avenue in Sao Paulo, transforming the region into a large open air art gallery. The project, which will result in the 1st Open Museum of Urban Art of São Paulo (MAAU), is supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Arts Palace.

Hotline on the walls of Rio de Janeiro

The Giovanni + DraftfFCB created for the campaign hotline that can be conferred on the walls of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

The artist Tito Senna used the techniques of graffiti and stencil to publicize the phone number of the hotline and encourage links. The art direction and illustration are from Felipe Gomes and Thiago Di Gregorio.

Law regulates the graffiti and prohibits the sale of spray to lower

It was published on Thursday (26) in the Official Gazette Law 12408 which prohibits the sale of aerosol paint to minors in packs of 18. The text states that the practice of graffiti as artistic expression is not configured crime.

By law, sanctioned by President Roussef, the sale of spray paint can only be made of age, upon presentation of ID. The text requires the dealer to put in the bill of sale identifying the buyer.

Finok, Ise and Toes on the walls of Metro SP

Walls and fences of the expansion of Line 5-Lilac were painted by Finok, ISE and Toes.

The work began at the intersection of Avenida Santo Amaro and Av Roque Petroni Jr. and were the full length of the line to the streets of Santa Cruz and Pedro Toledo, near the Santa Cruz station (Line 1 - Blue), future point Integration with Line 5.
